Withdrawal Rights
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within the following timeframes:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): 7 days from delivery
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
- The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email sara@saralashay.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please do not ship your return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): AED 35
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes and related fees paid by the customer are non-refundable and cannot be recovered.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
